Jungle Theme Name Sign

My niece recently had preemie triplets, so I made her some little name signs to hang in the NICU.  Of course, I forgot to take pictures, so I made this one when I got home.  She hates pink, so I made sure I used lots of it on this one 🙂

I used 4 different cardstock papers, 2 solids, and 2 patterns.  I cut the gorilla from one of my svg’s I had on hand, and gave it a little flower to give it a girly look.  I embossed the body and leg with two different cuttlebug folders, and popped out the leg and flower to give her some dimension.  I used black gems for the eyes, and a cute little turquoise gem on the flower.  I then added some ribbon to a button, and cut out some little jungle leaves, and stuck them to the corner.  A pretty pink polka dot ribbon finished it off.

This was fun little sign to make, and would be great to hang in a nursery!
